本日、『龍の坂 六柿』オープンです。
昨日夕方、店主より電話があり「明日はオープニングとして、
『せいろ蕎麦』を無料で振る舞います」とのお話がありました。
正午過ぎ、さっそくおじゃましました。
客室の壁コーナーに初めてみる照明器具が・・・
よーく見ると手作り風なんです。
店主に尋ねると「実は自作なんですよ」とのお話。
昨日、ご紹介したおトイレ・レジカウンターに続く”作品”です。
イヤー、驚きました。
テーブルに座ると、お品書きが・・・
今日はせいろ蕎麦だけなんですが、明日からは、お弁当を中心としたメニューです。
もちろん、このお品書きも店主の直筆です。
「柿」の印もご自分で彫られたのでしょう。
と、いろいろ室内を物色していると、『せいろ蕎麦』がでてきました。
蕎麦のコリコリとした食感がＧＯＯＤでした。
さあ！明日から本格営業の『龍の坂 六柿』。
